Called them out …late in evening panicked due to a power outage, we had Wade on other end on the phone! Very honest and non-greedy attitude in general…and he gave us phone guidance (about things we had no clue about) and advice, which eventually led to problem getting sorted through WEL team over next few hours for FREE!! 5 star for what an amazingly honest mate Wade is!! Wouldn’t hesitate calling this man in for an emergency for 200$ a call, I am sure it will be totally worth it!
